To support management on ensuring that the quality management system (QMS) is understood by the organisation, it is implemented and complied with. Manage reporting on quality management system performance and analyse improvement opportunities.
Ensuring that quality, safety and security activities of the Company are at all times in full compliance with the regulation, industry and the Company standards;
Consolidate, review and monitor Non-Compliance (NCs) identified in audit exercises (internal and external) and during day to day operations. Liaise with heads of departments on defining close out actions and timeline for close of NCs identified within each department;
Main point of contact for Information Requests raised by external audits, consolidate information received by departments and submit to auditors. Responsible for consolidation of NC closure out documentation and submission of evidence to auditors;
Coordinator of internal audits, manage the meetings, assign segments of review to auditors, track Information requests and responses, reviews emerging concerns and NC before submission to the internal client. As the coordinator will work with internal client on proposal of close out actions and timeline for closure;
Review Processes, Procedures, Policies and Forms before submission for approval. Responsible for updating Document Master table, keep updated editable versions available for review and execute appropriate storage of obsolete versions;
Divulge updates on Quality Management System when required, present status of monitored controls at the monthly meetings.
Education: Graduate or 3 years experience as Compliance officer, Controls advisor role, auditor
Required Experiences: Experience in Compliance and/or controls department in the oil or finance industry.
Particular Knowledge: Knowledge of Industry statutory rules and regulations, vetting requirements, ISO 9001 Desirable
Computer Skills: Literate – Required
Languages: Fluent in English and Portuguese- Required
